Features
- Developed by FIMAKSAN, the Color Touch screen provides positioning speed and ease of use with 10 adjustable preset sizes in the memory.
- Carriage Drive is long life electrodynamic system and steel wire rope, cable driven. 120m /min feed speed is standard. (More Optional)
- The drive of the headblok is provided by a 7.5 kW gearmotor, 290 mm/sec. movement speed is standard.
- Turning of logs is provided by a 2.2kW geared motor. It is easily provided by the hydraulic system with a 7.5 kW motor for the log turners to lift the log.
- Hooks are hydraulic driven with solenoid valve control. Maximum log control is provided.
- Thanks to the fixed knee and movable hooks system, the distance between the knee and the hook can be adjusted according to different log sizes (min.: 35 mm- max.: 140 mm). Hooks In & Out can be operated independently. It's a standard feature.
- The Control Panel is easily controlled with 2 joysticks and buttons, which are ergonomic and very simple to use. With the pedal, log rotation can be done easily also.
- The connection between the carriage and the control panel is achieved by an opening-closing, pantograph type cable carrying arm.
- Heat Induction treated guideways are long-lasting against wear.
- Log Beds has replaceable wear plates that prevent the log from damaging the guideways.
- The machine has a timed automatic lubrication system on guideways, hooks bedding, heablock shaft bronze bushing and on mechanism that moves hook in & out . (Reduces the friction of guideways and headblocks which plays a very important for the machine long working life span.)
- The carriage structure has produced as heavy duty type to serve for many years without wear.
